La Barca is the name of this meticulously maintained and stunning 40' Fjord yacht, which was built in Germany and is now docked at the marina in La Cruz, approximately 15 minutes from Punta Mita.  We also provide, as an option, pick-up and drop-off at the Suifi Pier in Punta Mita. The attached photos of this limited production watercraft show the amazing level of detail, engineering and beauty that has made Fjord one of the finest yachts in the world. 

The owner of La Barca is making this amazing yacht available to friends and guests staying in the La Cruz and Punta Mita areas.  La Barca is perfect for day trips to the Marieta Islands, Yelapa and the many beach resorts located on the south side of the bay, as well as for activities such as whale watching, viewing old town Vallarta and coastal real estate from the water, visiting secluded beaches, eating and drinking the local cuisine in restaurants off the beaten path, swimming and snorkeling at the Los Arcos islands, or simply enjoying a romantic cocktail cruise at sunset. Your time aboard La Barca will be absolutely fabulous and a great way for you, your family and friends to enjoy the natural beauty of the Bay of Banderas and the Mexican riviera from an entirely different perspective. You will also love the first class ambience and the open layout of La Barca where there's plenty of room to move about and socialize with everyone on board. Our full-time Captain and our deckhand/bartender will take care of you in style and make sure you always feel safe and comfortable. All you need to do is climb aboard and let us do the rest.

While basic provisions such as ice, bottled water, sodas and beer are included, there is a charge for use of the yacht and for any special provisioning selected from a catering menu that includes gourmet appetizers, classic wines, top-shelf liquors and other special items, all of which will be delivered to La Barca by the yacht's concierge prior to your departure. Or, if you prefer to BYOB, that too is fine.....simply bring your own wine and liquor on board.  A catering menu may be viewed by clicking the triple-bar icon on the top left side of this website.

Also, as a convenience for guests preferring to board the yacht in Punta Mita rather than board at the La Cruz marina, we offer pick-up and drop-off service at the Sufi Pier in Punta Mita.

Maximum occupancy on the yacht is limited to 10 guests (excluding the Captain and deckhand).  In addition, the decks of the yacht are "bare feet" only, and red wine, smoking and fishing are not permitted while on board.

La Barca is incredible....so sleek, so classy and so comfortable. We took a day trip out to the Marietas, and then had lunch at a beach restaurant in Yelapa.  The  food, drinks and service while on board were all outstanding. La Barca's Captain, Roman, and his deckhand took care of everything and pampered us from the moment we stepped on board until the time we stepped off. The entire trip was beyond fantastic, and we will definitely book La Barca again the next time we're  in Punta Mita.
